ScanBridge operates under a Production Health Data Lock. No real patient data is processed until CQC scope, IR(ME)R duty-holder structure, data protection arrangements, DPA agreements, DSPT status, DTAC readiness, insurance, provider verification and HCPC verification are each confirmed and the lock is deliberately released by a platform administrator. Every change is recorded in the audit log.
